Why is it easier to “love” in animate things; cars, songs, food, etc. Its because these things can’t hurt us back. We get exactly what we want out of them, they never change; can never thing for themselves; don’t have their own needs; They always fulfill and satisfy our expectations. People get so attached to some objects that are literally in love, in their mind anyway....
